A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
Christine Lloyd-Maddocks


Born and raised in Sydney, Australia. I came to the United States in the early ‘90s and settled in the San Fernando Valley where I live with my husband Bruce.
...And yes mate, I still have that Aussie accent!!!
Being married to one of the industry’s most knowledgeable Recording Studio professionals, Bruce Maddocks, I have learned much about the music industry and the particular needs of people in the industry. I can boast, with some degree of embarrassment, that I have been to every NAMM and AES show for the last 12 years!!!
I recognized a need for a specialist Realtor featuring Homes with Studios as the recording technology used in traditional studios was becoming more compact and affordable. This enabled artists, producers and engineers to create professional works of art in the comfort of their home environments. 
With these dramatic advances, a need was created for comfortable and creative home studios where the industry professionals can sequester themselves in their own studio and create their masterpieces.
I understand that studio acoustics is a very refined science be it a recording, post production, control room with V.O. booth or composers room, and the need for a specialist realtor became evident.
One industry client comments “you are one of the few (probably the only) agent I have met that understands and can comprehend how tough this is to find”.
On the real estate side, I joined Rodeo Realty and split my time between two of Rodeo's 12 offices. The Woodland Hills office in the Valley and the Beverly Hills office on the West Side and handle regular residential real estate as well as Homes with Recording Studios.
My extensive background in marketing as the former Marketing Director for Gladstone's Malibu, I was responsible for keeping Gladstone's in the #1 spot for seven years], serves as a plus in real estate and I put this experience to work for my clients.

Going the extra mile comes naturally to me, I understand that selling or buying your home is both an emotional and sometimes challenging thing to do, I comprehend the process and empathize with the emotions that you go through. Getting it just right is my job.
